Bacardi Salsa Congress is the grandest event of its type. The 2001 Salsa
Congress is the fifth organized by All Star Entertainment. There are many
other such gatherings that have patterned themselves after the original Salsa
Congress that debuted in 1997. Many of those events are very good. However,
none can equal the quality and caliber established by All Star Entertainment
and its chief sponsor Bacardi. If you can only attend one major Salsa event

will be among 1,600-1,800 Salsa enthusiasts from 40 countries throughout the

legendary orchestras that have played strong roles in the formation of the
